Vacuum Deep fryers “ecauchips”

This vacuum deep fryer is mainly intended for the production of chips, it has been developed in order to make quality products, to preserve the integrity of fruits and vegetables with a minimum of fat, while keeping the crisp.

The cooking, essentially done at low temperature and under vacuum, prevents the degradation of fat substances and the production of harmful chemical compounds. The original colour, the taste and its organoleptic qualities are preserved.

The machine can process around 50 to 60 kg of raw material per hour in several cooking.

An API controls the cooking parameters, so dozens of recipes can be stored for different food.
